When we start a new search, we email key details out to the Talent Community. There will be a form in the email to refer anyone you know that may be a good fit. Simply fill out their information and they'll receive an email from us noting that you referred them.

We take it from there and will manage their interview process with our client. If they get hired, you'll be paid a referral bonus!
We pay $5,000 for individual contributors, $10,000 for Managers - VP, and $15,000 for C-Suite placements.
Half will be paid 30 days after they start and half will be paid after the guarantee period is up (180 days).
